If you are traveling from outside of Europe, please note that we have now closed our visa application process.

Registration

After you have registered by filling out the form below, you will receive a confirmation including an invoice. Please note that you are not officially registered until you have received this confirmation.

The conference fee is 50 € for small initiatives and 80 € for organizations and institutions. Here you will find information on costs of food and accommodation. We have very few scholarships available. If you would like to request an application for financial assistance, please send a separate email with the subject Financial Aid Request.

You can also register in German and French.

Please register as soon as possible as accommodations are limited, and please let us know about your suggestions and priorities so as to accommodate them in our program planning.
